SHIP2Q Terms of Use / EULA

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SHIP2Q, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use SHIP2Q.
2. Description of Service
SHIP2Q is an internal business integration workflow operated within the HoneyB Pot application environment. It is designed to move approved shipping, order, customer, tax, product, and accounting-related data into QuickBooks Online to support operational and bookkeeping workflows.
3. Authorized Use
SHIP2Q is intended only for authorized internal business use and approved connected systems. By using SHIP2Q, you agree to:
- Use the service only for legitimate business integration purposes
- Provide accurate information when configuring or using connected systems
- Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials or access tokens associated with the service
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, misuse, or disrupt the service
- Not use SHIP2Q for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities
4. Data and Integrations
SHIP2Q may access and process approved business data necessary to operate its integration workflows. Data handling practices are described in the SHIP2Q Privacy Policy. By using SHIP2Q, you acknowledge and consent to those practices.
5. Third-Party Services
SHIP2Q may integrate with third-party platforms, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and shipping or commerce-related systems. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and availability. We are not responsible for third-party systems, downtime, policy changes, or service interruptions outside our control.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in SHIP2Q, HoneyB Pot, related documentation, design, content, and integration logic remain with the application operator or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended internal business purpose only.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
SHIP2Q is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that all sync operations will be error-free, complete, or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the application operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, records, or data arising from or related to use of SHIP2Q, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Suspension or Termination
Access to SHIP2Q may be suspended, restricted, or terminated at any time, with or without notice, for security, operational, administrative, or compliance reasons. Upon termination, any right to use SHIP2Q immediately ceases.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page, as indicated by the updated date above. Continued use of SHIP2Q after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws and interpreted in accordance with those laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
